Crispy Quinoa Fritters

Crunchy on the outside, soft and flavorful on the inside—these Quinoa Fritters are a game-changer! Packed with protein-rich quinoa, basil pesto, and a hint of garlic, they’re the perfect nutritious bite.
What you’ll need:
- Milled flaxseed (for a natural binder!)
- Olive oil
- Onion & garlic for that delicious aroma
- Basil pesto (store-bought or homemade)
- Nutritional yeast (optional, but highly recommended!)
- Cooked quinoa
- Plain flour
- Sea salt & black pepper
- Lemon wedges to serve
How to make them:
- Prep your quinoa and let it cool.
- Mix flaxseed with water—this will help bind the fritters!
- Sauté onion & garlic, then mix everything together.
- Shape into patties and pan-fry until crispy perfection.
Serve with a squeeze of lemon & enjoy! These make an amazing light lunch, snack, or side dish.
