Crispy Quinoa Fritters

Crunchy on the outside, soft and flavorful on the inside—these Quinoa Fritters are a game-changer! Packed with protein-rich quinoa, basil pesto, and a hint of garlic, they’re the perfect nutritious bite. 

What you’ll need:


  • Milled flaxseed (for a natural binder!)

  • Olive oil

  • Onion & garlic for that delicious aroma

  • Basil pesto (store-bought or homemade)

  • Nutritional yeast (optional, but highly recommended!)

  • Cooked quinoa

  • Plain flour

  • Sea salt & black pepper

  • Lemon wedges to serve


How to make them:

  • Prep your quinoa and let it cool.

  • Mix flaxseed with water—this will help bind the fritters!

  • Sauté onion & garlic, then mix everything together.

  • Shape into patties and pan-fry until crispy perfection.


Serve with a squeeze of lemon & enjoy! These make an amazing light lunch, snack, or side dish.
