What are the delivery charges for Retail Orders from the Online Shop?

Please note: the special delivery price does not include/cover any addresses where a standard courier cannot deliver (like Postnet / Pep etc.), you can make use of a Pudo locker if you do not have a standard address.
How long will delivery take?
The website is linked to our stock management system, so if you can order it, we should have it. We aim to send out orders on the same day or no later than the next day.
Delivery to Cape Town and surrounding areas are generally next day.
Delivery to other locations will generally take 2 days.
How secure is shopping in the Online Shop? Is my data protected?
The site is protected by SSL (the HTTPS you see in front of the web address) and is hosted on a secure server that is backed up daily.
You banking and card details are safe as our website does not record this, you are passed through to the PayFast payment gateway to conclude the financial transaction.
What exactly happens after ordering online?
Your order is received by Cell Nutrition - you receive a copy of the order email.
We then pack your order for shipment via courier, we aim to have this done on the same day or latest by the next working day.
The courier collects daily by 2pm and delivers the product to the address you provided
Do I receive an invoice for my order?
Yes, the system generates and invoice for you. Cell Nutrition is a trade name of Something Natural CC that is VAT registered (VAT No 4770182998) and will issue a Tax Invoice.
How long has Cell Nutrition been supplying health products?
Cell Nutrition is a trade name of Something Natural CC (Reg No 1999/33948/23) that has been supplying the public with health products for the last 25 years and has also been supplying health shops as a distributor at wholesale prices. The online store has been operational for 5 years, since 2019.
What is your Returns and Refund Policy?
All products are sold with a 7 day satisfaction guarantee, allowing you to return the product within the 7 day period if for any reason you might not happy with the product.

What forms of payment do you accept?
We make use of PayFast as our payment processor.
PayFast allows for 18 methods of payment https://payfast.io/features/payment-methods/
This includes normal Credit & Debit card payments as well as instant EFT.
