What are the delivery charges for Retail Orders from the Online Shop?

For all main city centres in South Africa the delivery fee is only R85.

For the rest of South Africa and outlying area the delivery fee is R85.

How long will delivery take?

We carry stock of most items, and aim to send out orders on the same day or no later than the next day.

Delivery to Cape Town and surrounding areas are generally next day.

Delivery to other locations will generally take 2 days.

How secure is shopping in the Online Shop? Is my data protected?

The site is protected by SSL (the HTTPS you see in front of the web address) and is hosted on a secure server that is backed up daily.

You banking and card details are safe as no payment is accepted online for wholesale orders - only EFT.

What exactly happens after ordering online?

Your order is received by Cell Nutrition - you receive a copy of the order email.

We then pack your order for shipment via courier.

The courier collects daily by 2pm and delivers the product to the address you provided

Do I receive an invoice for my order?

Yes, the system generates and invoice for you.  Cell Nutrition is a trade name of Something Natural CC that is VAT registered (VAT No 4770182998) and will issue a Tax Invoice.

How long has Cell Nutrition been supplying health products?

Cell Nutrition is a trade name of Something Natural CC (Reg No 1999/33948/23) that has been supplying the public with health products for the last 20 years and has also been supplying health shops as a distributor at wholesale prices.  The online store is a new aspect of the business and has only been operational since 2019.

What is your Returns and Refund Policy?

All products are sold with a 7 day satisfaction guarantee, allowing you to return the product within the 7 day period if for any reason you might not happy with the product.
