Tahini Date Chocolate Smoothie Bowl - with Glycine Sugar Substitite

Recipe:

  • 1 x frozen banana
  • 2 x frozen figs
  • 1 tsp tahini
  • 1 tsp nutbutter
  • 2 x majool dates
  • 1 tsp Cell Nutrition glycine sugar substitute (NEW!)
  • 1 tsp cacao powder
  • 150 ml preferred milk

Blend all the ingredients together. 

For the topping:

  • Chia Seeds
  • Cacao nibs
  • Mixed nuts
  • Tahini
