If your breakfast isn't feeding your gut...
You're missing one of the easiest opportunities to improve your nutrition.
This mixed berry chia pudding is packed with fibre, protein and colourful plant compounds that help support a healthy gut microbiome.
Chia seeds: tiny seeds, massive benefits
Chia seeds absorb liquid to form a gel that's rich in soluble fibre.
This helps support digestive health while keeping you fuller for longer.
Why berries matter
Berries are loaded with antioxidants and polyphenols.
These natural compounds help feed beneficial gut bacteria while adding vibrant colour and flavour.
Layer on the goodness
Creamy yoghurt adds protein and beneficial live cultures.
Homemade granola brings crunch, fibre and healthy fats.
The result?
A breakfast that's as satisfying as it is nourishing.
The recipe
Ingredients
- ½ cup Chia seeds

- 1 tbsp Honey
- 3 cups Mixed berries
- 1 tbsp Cinnamon
- 1 tbsp Lemon
