1 Tin of Coconut Milk 

1 heaped teaspoon of Tumeric

A pinch of pepper 

1 heaped teaspoon of @soaringfreesuperfoods Coconut Creamer

1 teaspoon of Maple Syrup

A sprinkle of cinnamon on top
