Winter Immune Boosting Smoothie

Boost your immune system with this delicious smoothie!
Packed with nutrient-dense ingredients, it’s the perfect blend to keep you feeling your best.

Here’s how to make it:

1 frozen ripe banana
1 cup frozen pineapple
1 cup organic spinach or kale
1 knob fresh ginger, peeled (about 2cm)
1 knob turmeric root, peeled (about 1cm) or turmeric powder
1 tablespoon BarleyLife green powder
½ tablespoon Mushroom Guru Ganoderma GOLD Reishi Honey
⅕ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper (or just a couple grinds)
½ cup almond milk (Our preference @buttanutt )

Blend all ingredients in a high-powered blender for 1-2 minutes until smooth. Add more almond milk if needed. Enjoy your smoothie and feel the power of nature’s best ingredients!
