Recommended dosage as an immune booster:

Daily dose to boost immune.
Adults 20 to 30 drops daily in water
3 to 6 year old will take 4 drops per day
6 to 12 year old will take 8 drops per day
12 to 16 year old will take 10 to 14 drops per day

Dose if you are sick:
Adults 20 to 30 drops daily in water 3 times per day

3 to 6 year old will take 4 drops per day 3 times per day
6 to 12 year old will take 8 drops per day 3 times per day
12 to 16 year old will take 10 to 14 drops per day 3 times per day

Sore throat
Put 20 drops with a small amount of water and gargle with it 2 time as day – swallow the dose you are gargling with.
This will alleviate infection in the throat and help with pain.
 

Skin infections – Sores – Wounds – Boils 
You can apply the MM Superstrong directly only the skin if you have a small infected area such as skin acne insect bites are stings. Tip the bottle and dab the MM Superstrong onto the spot.
 

Bigger wounds and boils
Dilute the MM Superstrong 1 to 5 and dab it onto the area 2 to 3 times per day.

Can I take MM with my chronic medication?
Even though there are no known contra indications, it is always advisable still look at the medication you are taking. If you are unsure, you are welcome to contact us directly.
 
How long should I take MM for?
A reduced dose of 20 drops per day can be taken daily to keep the immune system strong. You can increase your dose as the season change, if you are traveling or been in contact with anyone that is ill. This will ensure that you prevent getting sick. 

Can children take MM?
The recommended dose for children are different to adults but it can be given to a child. Our dosage works on an age appropriate scale. 
3 to 6 year old will take 4 drops per day
6 to 12 year old will take 8 drops per day
12 to 16 year old will take 10 to 14 drops per day
If you are sick then you can take a “loading dose or treatment dose” being the above dose given 3 times per day.
