(root and leaf, 40:1 extract standardised to contain 35% withanolide glucosides)
Other ingredients: Brown rice flour, magnesium stearate and silicone dioxide in a clear vegetable capsule.

Directions to use: 
Adults and children over 12 years old: Take 2 capsules per day for the first 30 days. thereafter take 1 to 2 capsules daily when needed or as directed by your healthcare provider.
