Each capsule contains:

Valerian Officinalis (Valerian Root Extract 10:1)   100mg
Magnesium Bisglycinate (10% Chelate)                     50mg
Vitamin B6 (Pyridoxine)                                                10mg

Other ingredients: Hypromellose
No artificial colourants or flavourings.

Directions for use:

Take 1 capsule once or twice daily, with meals or as prescribed by your healthcare provider. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose unless under the supervision of a healthcare practitioner. Do not use if sensitive / allergic to any of the ingredients.

S-Adenosylmethionine Plus is a blend of the components SAMe, L-theanine, valerian root extract and other vitamins and minerals to maximise efficacy. The ingredients in the blend works synergistically to reduce anxiety, increase the production of serotonin and improve the ability of neurotransmitters to bind to their respective receptors. S-Adenosylmethionine plus is able to normalize the measured Glutathione levels in erythrocytes or red blood cells, liver damage due to modifications in sulfur metabolism, protect the liver from damage.
