Super B-Complex combines multiple B vitamins (thiamine, riboflavin, niacinamide, B6 [Pyridoxine], folic acid, biotin, pantothenic acid and B12) which help support the production of cellular energy and normal functioning of the nervous system in optimum dosage and ratios.

Directions for use:
Take 1 capsule once or twice daily, with meals or as prescribed by your healthcare provider. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose unless under the supervision of a healthcare practitioner.

PRECAUTIONS:
Do not use when pregnant. Not recommended for children below 12 years. Do not use if sensitive / allergic to any of the ingredients. Do not use if the safety seal is broken. Consult a healthcare provider if you are taking diabetes medication, have liver problems or are being treated for a vitamin B12 deficiency.
