Each capsule contains:

Zinc AAC (Glycinate) 20%                             50mg
[Providing 10mg elemental Zinc]
Magnesium bisglycinate 10%                       200mg
[Providing 20mg elemental Magnesium]
Copper Chelate                                             9mg
Selenium AAC (Glycinate)                            200mcg

Other ingredients: Hypromellose, Di-Calcium Phosphate
No artificial colourants or flavouring

Directions for use:
Take 1 capsule once or twice daily, with meals or as prescribed by your healthcare provider. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose unless under the supervision of a healthcare practitioner.

PRECAUTIONS:
Do not use when pregnant. Not recommended for children below 12 years. Do not use if sensitive / allergic to any of the ingredients. Do not use if the safety seal is broken. Consult your healthcare provider prior to use if you are taking blood pressure medications.
Store in a cool, dry place, at room temperature (approx. 21° C). Keep lid tightly closed. Keep in original packaging until required for use. KEEP OUT OF REACH OF CHILDREN.
