Chocolate Power Protein Flapjacks

Start your day with a protein boost or refuel post-workout with these delicious and nutritious Chocolate Power Protein Flapjacks! Protein is essential for building muscle, aiding recovery, and keeping you feeling satisfied throughout the day.
Ingredients:
• 1 cup Oats
• 1 tbsp Cocoa powder
• 1 tbsp Ground flax seeds
• 1 tbsp Protein powder
• 1 tbsp Hemp seeds
• 2 Figs (fresh or frozen) or ½ a banana
• 2 Medjool dates
• 1 Egg
• ½ cup Almond milk
Instructions: Blend everything, cook in a hot pan until golden brown, and then flip. Stack with your favourite yoghurt, nut butter (we used macadamia), and fresh berries for added deliciousness.
