Chocolate Amino Acid Mousse - With Glycine Sugar Substitute

Amino acids are the building blocks of protein, essential for muscle growth, digestion, energy, and even hormone production. Your body makes 11 out of 20, but the other 9 must come from food!



Recipe:

  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt

  • 1 tsp Soaring Free Superfoods Chocolate Protein

  • 1 tsp unsweetened cacao powder

  • 1 tsp Alive Essential Aminos+ (all 9 EAAs)

  • 1 tsp Cell Nutrition Glycine Sugar Substitute
  • 1 tsp cocoa powder
1 tsp maple syrup


 Mix & refrigerate for 1 hour. Top with cacao nibs & enjoy!
