Dosage

Take 1 capsule twice daily. Once opened consume within a 4 week period.

L-5 Methyltetrahydrofolate 0.75mg, Magnesium Stearate 10mg, Methylcobalamin (Vit B12) 0.5mg, Pyridoxal 5 Phosphate 5mg, Riboflavin (B2) 2.5mg, SAM-e powder (S-Adenosylmethionine) 200mg, Silicon Dioxide 10mg.

A coenzyme involved in the liver detoxification processes, SAMe helps to inactivate poisons such as drugs, alcohol, heavy metals, pesticides and solvents. It is also involved in cartilage production, thereby reducing pain, fatigue, stiffness, arthritis and joint inflammation.

SAMe also plays a crucial role in brain chemistry, by increasing neurochemical production and elevating mood, making it popular for conditions such as depression.
