Each capsule contains:
Cholecalciferol (Vitamin D3)                       1000IU
Menaquinone MK-7 (Vitamin K2)                      120mcg
Ascorbyl palmitate (Vitamin C)                     430mg
Medium-chain triglycerides (MCT) Powder 150mg
BioPerine ® (Black Pepper) extract                 20mg
Selenium                                           50mcg

Other ingredients: Hypromellose
No artificial colourants or flavourings.

Directions for use:
Take 1 capsule once or twice daily, with meals or as prescribed by your healthcare provider. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose unless under the supervision of a healthcare practitioner.

PRECAUTIONS:
Do not use when pregnant. Not recommended for children below 12 years. Do not use if sensitive/ allergic to any of the ingredients. If you are taking blood thinners, chronic medications or receiving dialysis, please consult with your health care practitioner prior to taking Vitamin K2.
Store in a cool, dry place, at room temperature (approx. 21° C). Keep lid tightly closed. Keep in original packaging until required for use. KEEP OUT OF REACH OF CHILDREN.
